Cepo.ai is a personal workspace for your AI workflows. Keep reusable prompts, save knowledge, track tasks, and answer questions from your AI agents in one place.

Cepo helps people who want to keep useful information and follow-up work from their AI conversations. Developers can save technical decisions, researchers can organize findings, and writers can reuse prompts across projects.

There are four apps: Prompt Library for reusable instructions, Knowledge Base for notes and reference material, Tasks for work to complete, and Human in the Loop (HITL) for questions from AI agents.

Yes. You can save prompts and notes, organize projects, and manage tasks directly in the web app. Connecting an AI tool lets an agent use the capabilities you authorize. Cepo works alongside tools like ChatGPT and Claude; those tools still handle your AI conversations.

Yes. The Free plan includes up to 500 prompts, 200 HITL requests per day, three projects, and 500 active tasks, plus MCP integration and shared tags. Pro is coming soon. See Pricing for the current plan details.

Save a prompt for instructions you want to reuse, such as a code-review checklist. Save a note for information you want to keep, such as a research finding or project decision. Create a task for work you need to complete, such as reviewing a proposal tomorrow.

Open Prompt Library and choose New Prompt. Give it a title, enter your instructions, and save. You can also choose a category and add tags to make it easier to find later.

Choose a category for each prompt, use tags for topics or purposes, and mark frequently used prompts as favorites. These filters help narrow your library. For a custom MCP connection, categories filter its prompt menu. They are not a complete access restriction: enabled prompt retrieval tools can read prompts outside those menu categories.

Yes. Search looks through prompt titles and content. Use the tag filter to narrow results, or include a #tag prefix in your search, such as #research, to match tag names. You can combine text and tag searches.

Yes. Open a prompt, choose Edit, then open History to review or restore an earlier version. Your data export includes saved prompt versions as well as the current content.

Create a Knowledge Base note, or ask a connected agent with the required tools to save selected findings. For example, save a project decision as a note and create its follow-up task in the same project. In your next AI conversation, ask the agent to read that decision before continuing. Cepo does not automatically save every chat or load all saved content into every conversation.

Yes, when its Cepo connection includes the required task tools and permissions. For example, ask your agent to create a task to review a proposal tomorrow, or update an existing task after you finish a step. You can also manage tasks in the web app.

Break work into subtasks and set priorities and due dates. Calendar shows tasks by due date and notes by creation date or a due date when set. The Inbox also shows work due today and overdue work, with notices summarizing overdue tasks.

Use projects to group related notes and tasks around a piece of work. Tags label notes, tasks, and prompts across topics. To nest a Knowledge Base note, open the parent note and choose Add sub-note. This keeps supporting material together, such as research notes under a project brief.

You can copy a saved prompt into ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or any other AI chat. Tools that support remote MCP connections can also use Cepo directly after you connect and authorize them. Available capabilities and setup steps vary by client.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets an AI tool use capabilities from another service. Add https://cepo.ai/mcp as a remote HTTP MCP connection in a compatible client, then sign in and authorize access when prompted. Creating a custom server is optional. The linked setup guide shows custom-server URLs; substitute https://cepo.ai/mcp in those examples to use your default connection.

Yes. Add the default connection with: claude mcp add CEPO --transport http https://cepo.ai/mcp. Then complete sign-in and authorization in Claude Code. To use a custom connection, substitute the server URL shown in MCP Hub.

Yes. Add https://cepo.ai/mcp as a remote MCP server in Cursor and complete sign-in and authorization. For a custom server, use its URL from MCP Hub. Configure its prompt-menu categories in MCP Hub rather than adding a category parameter to the URL. Enabled prompt retrieval tools can still read outside those menu categories.

Use a custom connection when different agents need different capabilities. In MCP Hub, select the tools and prompt categories for a server, then connect your AI client using that server URL. For example, a research assistant can have note tools while a review assistant has human-input tools.

A new default connection starts with broad access to your saved prompts, notes, tasks, projects, and human-input tools. This includes tools for creating, updating, and deleting items where supported. An agent can use the enabled capabilities within that connection's permissions. Review and narrow the selected tools in MCP Hub before connecting an agent.

Check that you are signed in to the right Cepo account, have authorized the connection, and are using the intended server URL. For a custom server, check its enabled tools and prompt categories in MCP Hub. After changing the configuration, refresh or reconnect your AI client to load the updated capabilities.

The Inbox brings together recent notes, tasks due today, overdue work, and pending action items. It helps you see what needs attention and respond to questions from your agents. Open Inbox from the sidebar after signing in.

HITL lets an agent request your approval, a text response, or a choice between options. Review the request in Cepo and send your response. The agent checks the request for your answer so its workflow can continue with your input.

Connecting Cepo does not make every agent action require approval. The agent or workflow must request human input through HITL at the appropriate step. Set clear instructions for when your agent should ask, and review the capabilities you give its connection.

Choose Login and sign in with Google. Cepo creates your account on your first sign-in, with no separate registration or Cepo password. If you lose access to your Google account, use Google account recovery.

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and encrypted in transit. Your saved content is private by default. AI tools you connect and authorize can access content through their permitted Cepo capabilities, and content sent to an AI provider is subject to that provider's policies.

Cepo does not use your prompts to train AI models, sell your data, or share it with advertisers, as stated in our privacy policy. When you give content to a connected AI service, that service's own data-use policies also apply.

Yes. Open Account and choose Export My Data to download JSON containing your prompts and version history, notes, tasks, projects, and tags. Exporting creates a copy; it does not remove your content from Cepo.

Open MCP Hub, select the server, and find Connected Clients. Choose Revoke beside the AI client and confirm. This removes its registration and refresh tokens. Existing sessions may remain active for up to 15 minutes, so revocation is not always immediate.

Open Account, find Danger Zone, and choose Delete Account. Read the confirmation before proceeding: account deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep first.
