Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026
The Service
Cepo.ai is a prompt library. You can save, organize, and access your AI prompts from anywhere. The service integrates with tools like Claude Code and Cursor via MCP. By using Cepo, you agree to these terms.
Your Account
You need to be 13 or older to use Cepo. You sign in through Google, and you're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. One account per person.
If something seems off with your account, let us know.
Your Content
You own your prompts. We don't claim any rights to them. We store them so you can access them—that's the only reason we have them.
We don't sell your prompts, we don't share them, and we don't use them to train AI models. When you delete something, it's gone.
Rules
Don't use Cepo to:
- Store illegal content
- Store malware or exploit code
- Attack or abuse the service
- Circumvent rate limits
- Create multiple accounts
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Legal Stuff
The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uptime or that everything will always work perfectly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cepo.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
